• Permanent

4. During Exclusion

• Your account will be suspended immediately upon confirmation.
• You will be opted out of all marketing communications.
• Any remaining balance will be held securely until expiry.

5. Ending Self-Exclusion

Time-limited exclusions end automatically. Permanent exclusions can only be reversed after a minimum of 6 months and a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period reviewed by our responsible gaming team.
